The login notice said that CHKDSK trashed his userfile. I had the new key
within 24hrs (charged it).  But my experience with him in e-mail has been
dismal at best (still have e-mail waiting on his board from weeks ago). I
would recomend calling the VOICE number to check on your key. The voice
number as of 1/96 was 1-616-399-8934, it's not in the new docs though so it
may have changed when he moved. If that's no longer correct you might try
1-616-555-1212 (information).
