Message   Weird Al    All   Connects and receives this, then disconnects.   July 23, 2015

I am getting "ÄÄÄÄÄVADV32 v4.8.141005 - (c) 2004-2014 Aspect Technologies
- www.vadvbbs.com" when I telnet connect to a new install via a wireless
connection (at home), but it disconnects in 5 seconds and doesn't do anything.

What I've done so far:

* Removed obvious any software on both systems that might cause an issue.
* I'm running VADV32 on Vista 32-bit in safe mode.

I think I'm missing something but don't know what it is.
