I tried installing VRSS yesterday and it was pretty straightforward yet I
didn't quite remember how to configure the database for the message group. I
have done this in the past but cannot remember the details.  Just to start, I
only wanted to have one message feed i.e., for Capecodonline which is the
local paper. If successful, then I could add another group later.
