I'm trying to set up a "HELP" system using the built-in VADV Hypertext Help
System. I cannot figure out how to build a menu to call up the help system.
I've tried the FUNCTION BLOCK EDITOR to no avail, and I've tried to build a
menu by hand, still no good.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? The VADV Hypertext Help System text
file doesn't make a bunch of sense to me.
