I've just been told that the telnet 'side' of my board is not working. I tried
it, and sure enough, it don't work. I tried the 'fTelnet' application, but it
doesn't work either

I haven't purposely done anything to change the board, but something is wrong.

I've checked the router forwarding (set to port 23), reinstalled 'Policy
Server', and anything else I can think of (which evidently isn't enough)

HELP!! Please
