Roger Shays helped me troubleshoot the outbound problem with Radius and showed
me a few tricks.  The culprit was a setup step that I had missed but... I was
referring to an Argus setup tutorial and it didn't include the step that I
missed.  In any event, Radius is great and actually very easy to use and I
highly recommend it for Fidonet and any other FTN type network which will be my
next challenge.
