I used TIMED occasionally for netmail and there's an option for setting a file attach and file request flag. http://ftsc.org/docs/fts-0008.003 has some more information, apparently they're specially formatted packets. I thought they might just be netmails with the filename in the subject and a FREQ bit set. ...
