I've never run Abyss, but I see it supports virtual hosts in the pro version
(~$60). You can setup some virtual hosts and do subdomains. Something like
www.whatever.com being the main site, with blog.whatever.com being a blog,
bbs.whatever.com being the bbs, etc. Just link off the main site to each of the
subdomains and you'd be good to go.

Otherwise you could always just run Apache which is free and also supports
virtual hosts.
