I think your issue is related to the limit of databases than can be in a topic. You can only have about 115 to 120 databases in a single topic letter or the dos bbs will freak out. VADVPHP doesn't care so it will continue to work. If you are using VADV32 to edit the databases, then it will impose the limit.
