i think that's because they put rape under such a big spectrum.

like that situation with that wikileaks guy.
The woman he had sex with asked the police if he could be forced to take an aids

raping 2 women. she went there with her friend.

Also if someone touched your genitals that would be rape, instead of a certain
degree of sexual assault like other countries.
