I have recently taken over our local FidoNet NC for my area and need to start
feeding a couple systems echomail.  I'm trying to figure out how VFIDO's
areafix works.  I can send messages and get replies but I cant figure out how
to list the available echo's or list what i'm connected to.  I've tried %query,
%list, %help, get list, get help, etc.  I've also tried putting the -Q and -H
after the password on the subject line.  All VFIDO wants to do is try and
subscribe me to it thinking it is an echotag.  How is this supposed to work?  I
can't find any documentation on it.

Also, assuming that I can get this to work, how do I limit access to only
fidonet echo's and not other networks?  I don't see any settings for that
either.
