I typically recommend using windows scheduler but it doesn't make it easy to run console programs minimized or hidden. Currently the only way to use VADV32 is to use the file trigger feature. You would have to still use Windows Scheduler to create the trigger though. The upside is that you could run the console programs the way you want.
