I've got a W520, which was the last model before they changed to the new 
keyboards.  Intel Core i7, USB 3.0 support, and the 7 row ThinkPad keyboard.

I wouldn't mind finding a ThinkPad 25 (the 25th anniversary edition where they 
brought back the 7 row keyboard,) but those are extremely rare and expensive.
