You need to install Process Monitor

Once it is installed, you run it so it is logging everything going on your
system (less things running would be helpful).

Then send yourself an email so VSMTP32 has something to process to the BBS.
When it tries to process it, it should cause the error (right?).

Once the error occurs, tell process monitor to stop. Save the log and email it
to me. Noting the time of the error would be helpful to find it in the log.
