I moved my board over to a new box and tested the message base to see if it
would toss. I put a new "PostIt" up and then manually ran the FTP batch file.
For some reason nothing happened. There are no changes in directories so
everything should be the same. My new PC is running Windows XP pro like the
older one. What could be the glitch?
