Real?
There are two objects of inspection in this analysis: Reality and Actuality.
They are two separate things! Reality is nothing more than what we all agree
to be true, or in a more confined sense, what you agree is true (with
yourself).

The way I see it, reality is what you consider the outside world to be based
on the perceptions stored in the inside world (your mind). Actuality is the
way the outside world is, regardless of however your mind has classified it.
The closer your reality is to actuality, the more ability you have to change
or adapt to actuality (as necessary), and the more able, useful, stable and
sane you are.

Bad data from the inside world makes your reality diverge just that much
further from actuality. Contacting this data and re-analyzing it (it is
usually hidden and distorted by pain charges) little by little until you have
it all in front of you produces a cognition which brings your reality closer
to actuality. It also frees up any processing power your mind had that was
trapped in with the charge, enabling you to think more quickly and accurately.

Think about it. :)
