^ is supposed to mean clear the screen but it doesn't work in VADV.

Here is a list of commands that are used in VADV. I may have left off a few
that I've forgotten about.

General Commands
----------------
door                - Lists online games section configured in VConfig
pagesysop           - Page the sysop using the built in page sysop function
account             - Edit the user defaults
feedback            - Send feedback to the sysop
who                 - View who is online
logoffyn            - Logoff the BBS (it asks if you want to)
logoff              - Logoff the BBS (immediately)

MessageBase Commands
--------------------
choosetopic         - Allows user to choose database topic (message/file)
selectbase          - Allows user to choose database (message/file)
setquickscan        - Set message bases to scan for new messages
scanmsg             - Scan the subjects of the messages
readnewmsg          - Scans for new messages
readseqmsg          - Read the messages 1 by 1
post                - Post a new message
nextbase            - Moves to the next message database
prevbase            - Moves to the previous message database
readnewpersonalmsg  - Scans for any messages to you

FileBase Commands

dlmasterlist        - Download list of all files available in the file area
remoteupload        - Allows user to upload a file
downloadfile        - Download a file from the BBS
reviewfile          - View information about the files
setnewfilesscan     - Set the number of days back to scan for new files
listfiles           - List files and descriptions
newfiles            - List any new files
searchall           - Search files by filename
findfiles           - Search files by description
topdownloads        - View the top 50 downloads
ratio               - View the upload/download ratio
sysopupload         - Sysop command to upload files from HD to the BBS
reviewuploads       - Sysop command to review any files uploaded by users

Email Commands

sendemail           - Send Email (local or networked)
reademailfrom       - Read Email previously sent by you
reademailto         - Read Email addressed to you
quickmail           - Send Email to multiple addresses

Other Commands

listcallers         - List today's callers
sysinfo             - List BBS information

Sysop Commands

localwfc            - If logged in locally, view the WFC screen
validate            - Validate any messages needing validation
readallemail        - View/read all email to any user
useredit            - Edit the users' information
editfile            - Edit a file on the HD
