I'm using VPost. I found a way (kinda) to do something like it.

set hh=%time:~0,2%
if "%time:~0,1%"==" " set hh=0%hh:~1,1%
set yymmdd_hhmmss=%date:~12,2%%date:~4,2%%date:~7,2%_%hh%%time:~3,2%%time:~6,2%
vpost /DB=NEWFILES /FILE=c:\va\vticrecv.log /FROM=1 /SUBJECT=New files at
*Square One-%yymmdd_hhmmss%

It produces: Subject: New files at *Square One-081017 154432

Not exactly what I had in mind, but close. Would love to figure out how to make
it read  New files at *Square One-10/17/08-15:44:32

I've tried sticking in the "/" and the ":" but it messes everything up.
