Hello!

A VAdv sysop and I are attempting to exchange messages via QWK networking.  He
is able to create a QWK packet that I am able to import without issues.
However, he is unable to import the REP packets that I am sending back.  He is
getting an error message -- "unable to find MESSAGES.DAT" or something similar.

I did some looking at other REP packets that are generated here, and found that
they contain <hostbbsname>.DAT files... QWK packets are the flavor that contain
MESSAGES.DAT files.

Apparently we are doing something wrong.  ;-)  I am wondering what the correct
way is for a VA sysop to import a REP packet from another system.  I checked
the online documentation, but it didn't mention REP packets.
