At minimum, in the VADV32 configuration:
Enable "Perform Daily Maintenance"
Enable "Execute VADV Events"
Enable "Perform Message Tossing"

Also set your starting node to 1 so it can use node 1 again for calls.

If you want to reset to default settings which might be easier, just delete
VADV32.CFG and reload VADV32. The only thing you would have to change after
that is the number of telnet nodes.
