The two main ways of adding files to your databases are: 1. Built-in Method: Put your files into the appropriate directories for your databases. Login your BBS, goto the file menu. Type /UPL and enter *.*. It will then scan each database directory and add the files, prompting you for descriptions. 2. VFileSyn: Put your files into the appropriate directories for your databases. Run VFileSyn and start the scan. It will then add any missing files to your databases and remove any entries of files it cannot find. I think most are using VFileSyn now since it synchronizes the databases with the directories, does not prompt for each file, and is much faster.
