I use the random taglines.  Actually it is 990-999, not 90-99.  Anything from
1 to 989 will be normal 3-line max taglines.  The way the random taglines
work is that the first line is the advertising or whatever line, the line that
always stays the same.  Then the second line and thereafter are your random
taglines/oneliners, and it will randomly select any of line 2 thru n for the
second line.

Take this as an example TAGLINE.990 file, given 3 lines:

Chris-Co BBS - telnet://blah.blah.blah - 24/7 - blah blah blah
This is a Oneliner on line number 2...
This is a Oneliner on line number 3...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

There would be two possible taglines with the above, randomly chosen, would
display like so:

Chris-Co BBS - telnet://blah.blah.blah - 24/7 - blah blah blah
---
This is a Oneliner on line number 2...

or if it randomly selected the second oneliner:

Chris-Co BBS - telnet://blah.blah.blah - 24/7 - blah blah blah
---
This is a Oneliner on line number 3...
