You can use the MENU command like so:

MENU "MYANSI"

This would display MYANSI.MNU, MYANSI.ANS or MYANSI.ASC which would be in your
TXT directory.

Another way is to use EF like so:

EF "C:\VA\TXT\MYANSI.ANS"

This would display the file you specify.
