Oh you meant in VADV-PHP. I didn't add it to the file area because the file
databases don't use the new scan pointer files. I think I could just read the
file databases backwards (look at the last entry) and if it is less than 4 days
old (configurable) then I could mark it as new.

I'll look into that.
