I'm being puzzled by a strange occurance. I'm hoping that there is a reasonable explanation for it. Every now and then, I see two emply files in my fido\in0 folder. One is main.cfg and the other is syspaths.cfg. As I said, both are 0 byte files, but I delete them and they appear back. Anyone ever seen this? Now for a couple of How-To questions. I have seen the "Create file area list report" that creates a BBSFILES.TXT manually, but is there anyway that can be done from a command line? I can't find that reference anywhere. Second question-How can I get my system to post messages about the incoming files? I'm used to Allfix or AMU doing it. Unless I think of something else, it seems that the only problem I'm having with my board is attracting users. It runs fine. Thanks... *Square One ...the place to begin (FidoNet 1:123/22) telnet://sq1.no-ip.org --- Virtual Advanced v2.10 Deep Space 69 BBS - telnet://nwebt.com - Florida (1904000) |
