I created that using Figlet using the "Cricket" font, IIRC.

I love Figlet.  These days there's a lot of online Figlet installations so it's
easy on any computer to whip up something.

Try calling my BBS and looking at the login screen.  That little ASCII art at
the top left was hand-drawn by a woman named Joan Stark.  She did some great
ASCII art back in the late 90s that's all been archived, thankfully.
