I'm looking for where one would configure system taglines for use in message
bases.

I apologize if I'm missing something but all I found in the Virtual Advanced
doc was a reference to see the section on "System Taglines" in the message
database configuration section.  I cannot seem to find the referred-to
section anywhere else in the manual.
