Was that a VirtualNet standard? Well, the "standard" was imposed to quell the tide of sysops that had massive taglines that were more like BBS ads. Somewhere I have a copy of the last "netguide.doc" that specified what the standards were for all kinds of things, including taglines and such. If I find it I will make it available for DL. Most of them just had BBS Name, net's and node #'s and connection type and speeds. But there were some that had to try and do all that with huge letters and in 20 different colors and such. Some were regularly larger than the messages they attached to!
