AreaFix in VA is very limited and doesn�t support any commands.  When an
areafix message is received it is only expecting the names of the echos with
out any + or -.  It will add or remove the requesting system to the areas.bbs
that it uses for distribution.   If an echo isn�t found on the system, it
forwards the message on to the configured uplink system for that network.  The
problem is most uplinks who aren�t running VFIDO are expecting the + or � or
some other format, so it generally doesn�t play nicely.  Also the password in
the subject line must be in all upper case.
