Open up File.FB and look at the bottom commands.

/WHO 001 1 ^who
/QWK 001 4 vqwk %1
/CHAT 001 4 advaux %1 telecon
G 001 1 logoffyn
/UPL 255 1 sysopupload
/REV 255 1 reviewuploads

The 255 is the Security Level required to preform the command.  So lets say you
want to disable uploading, you would change U 010 1 remoteupload to U 255 1
remoteupload.
