Do you want to toss out just your email to your personal email account, or
allow your users to send outgoing email?

To do the first way, just enter Account Defaults on your main menu and
forward your email to your internet account.

To allow users to send outgoing email, then in the visk config, you setup
your SMTP server as your ISP's SMTP server. Then run SMTP.EXE on a regular
basis (as long as you have VISK setup correctly).
