This is assuming you already have the network configured in VConfig and added
to the NETWORKS.LST file...

Well, you take the .NA file and rename it like: FIDO-NA.<net number> and put it
in the \VA\DATA directory.

So, for FIDOnet, you'd name it FIDO-NA.4 and put it in \VA\DATA.

Then in the \VA directory, run VMB.EXE. Select the network it corresponds with
and select which subs you want to add/remove. You can tell it what topic to put
them in and the security level, etc by using the function keys to change those
values.
