> It all depends on your DOS emulator's DPMI settings. I have Land of > Devastation/DPMI version running here correctly with the Github version of > DOSemu installed. I tried a complete reinstall and still got the same results... as soon as I picked "go" in BIGBANG, it threw an "invalid function" error. When INSTALL then went to the next step, EXTERN, it did the same thing. Tried multiple times with both the standard and DPMI versions, in dosemu and DOSBOX. I think there is something with debian 9 that is not compatable. Upgrading to it is what broke everything. I tried downgrading dosemu to the version that came with 8... that fixed all issues expect the one with TW. Maybe TW is using some special IO function that having an emulator running over an ext file system is breaking. Who knows? I shall be looking for a dependable TW server and trying to hook my board up to that.
