Hello All,

I relesed NODECONV yesterday.  It's for DOS, OS/2, and Win32.  It allows a
FTN-style net/node number to be converted from decimal to hex and vice-versa.

The archives are available via the usual outlets:

- CH-WARE in Fidonet and MIN_BBS in Micronet
- On my BBS at bbs.outpostbbs.net:10323 or https://outpostbbs.net/connect.html
  (guest access available)
