While trying to get my telnet to work, I cleared EVERYTHING down to scratch and
began to rebuild from the ground up. VA210W32 installed without a hitch, but
VADV32_5.2.161231 gave me an error when I tried to install it:

C:\VA\NETSPY.EXE
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination
directory:
MoveFile failed: code 5.
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.

I feel like I'm at a standstill.

Any suggestions? I'm installing VADV on a Windows 7 32bit machine.

Help??
