Ele uses netfoss as well, so I found the latest copy (5-1-16) and made sure
BOTH Ele and VADV were running the same copy of netfoss.com, nf.bat, and
netfoss.dll.

Of course, nothing changed. So, I'm back where I started (other than the latest
netfoss installed.)
