As I recall, VADV has an option, at least for the sysop locally, to upload a
text file to a message. The key thing is, in TheDraw, make sure you set the
line length to like 78. If I remember correctly, 79 and 80 won't work. Of
course it'll have to be short or it'll run into Roland's 200 line message
limit.
