I have been out of the VADV/VBBS loop for a long time and it looks like you found a way to solve your problem, but figured I'd throw out my $.02. There are two things you need to do in order to successfully run NetFoss with Vista: 1. Disable UAC. 2. Copy the NetFoss.dll file to C:\Windows\System32. This is also supposed to be true for Windows 7 and 8.
