Yes it was good to see the Klingons back in a villianous role and not the pitiful, bickering beaurocracy they'd become. The refit on DS9 reminded of the GunStar going into Death Blossom from The Last Starfighter. Can't say much for their targeting computer, but they started with a compliment of 1000 torps. How long until they'll be able to reload? I thought it was about time a Federation outpost or vessel was fitted with actual mobile gun-turrets. Just seems to me that those Klingon ships had extremely sparse shielding. Looked like some of the older battlecruisers went up with a single torpedo.
