hmm...

i still have never seen a computer generated object that looked as real as a
good model.  the lighting is never good enough, and all the textures are just
too perfect...

And the effects in babylon 5 are just too hokey...in my opinion, they have to
be ignored (along with the terrible acting) to enjoy the show.  fortunately
for it, the story is strong enough to carry the show by itself.
