Why would the borg Care, if they are still like they used to be they might
ignore them, but If they were in their space they might just assimilate them
to gain more info on the Federation, one thing IS for certain, if they have
been given Identitys who knows what they're doing.  The BIG question is why
haven't they all ready gotten rid of the pitiful Kazon (SP) they REALLY
deserve it.

around 2368, the Borg "hugh" returned to the collective with his individualism
that started a chain reaction that broke up the collective.
Lore took control about then and launched an attack in 2369 on the Fed.
but Data took him down & dismantled him.
My theory is that with out leadership the Borg, No longer a "collective", can
not function as efficently.
