Regarding: Warp 10+
Request Reply: If you'd Honor me..Yes
Well there are hundreds of things like that which we the fans think of but If
they did the story would (as you said) lose the drama effect. For example,
why didn't starfleet send an unmaned ship at warp 9.9 to ram the borg?  That
would have at least destroyed (not to mention vaporize) most of the borg ship.
