I love Q.
Picard isn't that old he just has prematurely white hair. And it isn't
uncommon to lose your hair at a young age. Just look at the excellent health
he is in. Way better than Kirk, even in his prime. Kirk had to use a freakin
girdle.
As for the movie. Yep I admit it was a little anticlimatic.
