Yes...but hypothetically speaking, couldn't it be possible that the
Federation could implement, on a fleetwide scale, the theories and
concepts obtained by the Enterprise-D crew's experiences with the
"Traveler" as related to warp travel within the time/space continuum via
the power of the mind???

Btw...I wouldn't be surprised if this guy shows up in one of the ST:TNG
movies coming out over the next few years!
