No. By stating that you have a third arm, you make a claim that is very
improbable (although, granted, not impossible). It is improbable because our
observations tell us that the percentage of three-armed individuals in our
environment is virtually 0. Thus, you have made claim that is HIGHLY
improbable. Thus, YOU are the one who has to prove it - and until you do
so, the rest of us will not believe in it.
