Well, with the versatility of 4DOS, my path statement only has 7 directories
in it. Maybe he should try that.

Long path entry's can substantially reduce performance of a DOS machine,
especially in a multitasking mode. Strive not for compression of the path,
but for consiceness, and you'll achieve a faster, more efficient system.
Remember, for each path presented, the system will search thru all the files
in each prior to executing the next.
