It's a program that rearranges the data on your disk so that it's all in one
piece, instead of scattered all over the disk. When you're constantly adding
and deleting things, the computer breaks them up in pieces for storage, and
it then takes more time for the computer to grab all those little fragments.
A defragmenter solves that.
