here's my problem folks ... i need to do this : for x = 1 to 255 WRITE(val[x]); where val[?] is an array of 1 to 255 with each sub == "\???" where the ??? IS == the number of the sub . like , val[1] = "\001" val[2] = "\002" . . . i can do the first by doing : byte val[1] = "\001"; but after that i can't assign any other values to val[?] . any thought of how to do this in c--/c programming ? -=-  ¿ĿĿĿĿ Ŀ  ¿ Ŀ -=- Lewistn, Me - 2 Nodes - v6.14 =-= Һ  Ĵ Ŀ        =-= VNET@12o7oo9 - (2o7)783-o874 -=- н     -=- PPI-28.8 BPS - 24 Hrs.
