���������������������������[ Here are your words ]�������������������������� It does sound like a flow-control problem, but instead of overflowing the buffer, what is more likely is that the printer has sent an XOFF command to shut the data off. When the printer stops, hit CTRL-Q which sends an XON back to the printer to continue printing. Of course, this is just a guess <g>. ���������������������������[ This is my response ]�������������������������� Thanks.. I'll give that a shot... Since it happens at exactly the same 'byte' count each time, I believe the printer is sending the XOFF. Getting it restarted is the dinger... *****Merlin***** ================ |
