Well after looking through about 50 disks I realize I can't find it , Its
lost in my disk archives some where, but There has been quite a few upgrades
available. I got another one that was supposed to be closer to the original
NC for dos, but I tried to get it as close as I could and it still
wasn't the same.

Norton Commander is the best dos shell EVER made. Super easy, and super
quick to use. I can't understand why a friend of mine still uses File
Manager. Bleh...
